I Haven’t Watched Porn Since Seeing Don Jon

0

Welcome to The I Hate Critics Movie Podcast. This week saw the release of four films. Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs 2, Don Jon, Rush & Baggage Claim. Rush, Cloudy and Don Jon are great movies unfortunately Cloudy a kids movie and Don Jon a movie about porn came out in the same week. They just don’t belong in the same podcast…unless your podcast is I Hate Critics.

The ‘Undisputed Classic’ is Alfred Hitchcock’s Rear Window. Josh doesn’t dispute the story, but claims the movie doesn’t hold up. Sean allows Rear Window to keep its classic status for the simple fact that it’s been ripped off so many times.

In this week in 1983 uh it was a weird year, so nothing this week.

I Hate Critics Ep. 9 – Oscar Recap and Funny Cunts

0

Welcome to the I Hate Critics Podcast, a movie podcast, a movie podcast where if you hear the names Adam Sandler or Eli Roth, you take a drink. The Oscars were last week and Bob was bored, Sean was amused and the Onion called a little girl a cunt…and we found it hilarious.

Our movie this week is Bryan Singer’s Jack and the Giant Slayer. Sean said it was good but didn’t think anybody would go see it. In hindsight he was kind of right. While it was number one at the box office, brining in $41.7 million worldwide, the production budget was $195 million and you know they spent at least $20 million to market it. Production companies are so stupid sometimes.

Our trailers this week are:

Oz the Great and Powerful:

Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2:

Jay and Silent Bob’s Super Groovy Cartoon Movie:
