It: Chapter Two – Twenty-seven years after their first encounter with the terrifying Pennywise, the Losers Club have grown up and moved away, until a devastating phone call brings them back.

Salo – In World War II Italy, four fascist libertines round up nine adolescent boys and girls and subject them to one hundred and twenty days of physical, mental and sexual torture.

Undisputed Classic

Notorious – A woman is asked to spy on a group of Nazi friends in South America. How far will she have to go to ingratiate herself with them?

1989

Kickboxer – Kurt Sloane must learn the ancient kick boxing art of Muay Thai in order to avenge his brother.

Cage – A GI in Vietnam saves his buddy’s life, but in the process is shot in the head. The injury results in brain damage to the point where he basically has a child’s brain in a (very large) man’s body. When they get out of the army the two open up a bar together, but some local gangsters make things tough for them after they refuse to take part in brutal “cage” matches where fighters battle to the point of serious injury and/or death.

Bridge of Spies Gives Sean Goosebumps

0

This week we’ve got three new movies. Goosebumps won the weekend but it could’ve been better. Guillermo Del Toro disappoints with Crimson Peak. It’s good, but should’ve been great. Then there was Steve Spielberg’s Bridge of Spies. It was far and away the best movie of the weekend. Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg are on their way to Academy Award nominations.

Top Five this week Steven Spielberg movies. We talk Shindler’s List, Jaws, Jurassic Park, E.T., Minority Report, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Close Encounters of the Third Kind and Saving Private Ryan.

Rather than an Undisputed Classic we decided to challenge ourselves by checking out a Steven Spielberg film we hadn’t seen which included Duel, Munich and The Terminal…Sean’s seen The Terminal but he doesn’t like it so we made him watch it again.

In 1985 we take on The Stuff and Reanimator
