Jurassic World

Who would have thought that in a year that includes an Avengers movie and a Star Wars movie that Jurassic World would have been the biggest movie of the year….so far? Jurassic World is one of the best monster movies I’ve seen in awhile. I was alone in thinking this however. Sean liked it but has it behind Furious 7, Avengers and Mad Max this year. In my opinion only Mad Max is better and more fun. Then there’s Josh who couldn’t not watch it as a scientific drama rather than a monster movie. His loss.

We also take a look at Kyle Smith’s article on how women can’t possibly comprehend Goodfellas. Obviously we disagree with him however what offends us more than his unintentionally sexist theme is his offensive take on Goodfellas comparing it to Entourage. Fuck you Kyle Smith.

The I Hate Critics podcast has been asked to be a part of Lebowski Fest in Milwaukee Wisconsin the weekend of Aug 21 and 22nd. Please if you’re in the area we’d love to hang out and get to know some of you.
