Welcome to this weeks episode of the I Hate Critics Podcast. The Oscar nominations are out and they are all white…imagine that. Ride Along 2 won the weekend and Michael Bay attempted to make a non Michael Bay movie with 13 Hours The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi.

Welcome to The I Hate Critics. The Golden Globes are over, as are the Critics Choice Awards, The Screen Actor’s Guild and the Oscars have made their nominations. Our undisputed classic is “The Tree of Life.” Josh absolutely loves this movie, as does Sean. I’m kind of an idiot and I hate it for the exact same reason Josh and Sean love it…although they’d probably say I don’t get it.

This week in 1984 “The Buddy System” and “Scandalous” came out and then went away.

Our trailers this week are:

“Adult World”
“Anita”
“Californian Schemer”
“Mr. Peabody and Sherman”

I Hate Critics Ep. 9 – Oscar Recap and Funny Cunts

Welcome to the I Hate Critics Podcast, a movie podcast, a movie podcast where if you hear the names Adam Sandler or Eli Roth, you take a drink. The Oscars were last week and Bob was bored, Sean was amused and the Onion called a little girl a cunt…and we found it hilarious.

Our movie this week is Bryan Singer’s Jack and the Giant Slayer. Sean said it was good but didn’t think anybody would go see it. In hindsight he was kind of right. While it was number one at the box office, brining in $41.7 million worldwide, the production budget was $195 million and you know they spent at least $20 million to market it. Production companies are so stupid sometimes.

Our trailers this week are:

Oz the Great and Powerful:

Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2:

Jay and Silent Bob’s Super Groovy Cartoon Movie:
