Welcome to the I Hate Critics Movie Review Podcast. So this week “Transformers 4” came out. It’s not a fun week for movie snobs. Sean had to see, God knows why Josh wasted the time and money to go see it. Apparently he loves this podcast more than I or he just likes to be angry. We did see a couple of other movies. Josh saw “Enemy” and he was super excited to talk about it.
This weeks Undisputed Classic is the Marilyn Monroe film “Some Like it Hot.” I call it a Marilyn Monroe film because her name is all over the cover, but really it’s a Tony Curtis and Jack Lemon film. Josh and Sean were quit to call it a classic. I was ok calling it a classic, but only if we’re going to treat movies like “Dumb and Dumber” and “Tommy Boy” etc etc like this 50 years from now.
In 1984 teenage boys were introduced to Tawny Kitaen. It took me another ten years, but i got there. “Bachelor Party” came out. Who cares that Tom Hanks was in this movie because Tawny Kitaen was the most beautiful woman in the world back in the 80’s and that’s all that mattered. Plus “Cannonball Run 2” and “Conan the Destroyer” came out.
The Fury – Brad Pitt
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
The Prince – Jason Patrick, Bruce Willis, John Cusak

Welcome to The I Hate Critics Movie Review Podcast. This week a sequel to Zack Snyder’s “300” finally hit theaters. Sure it’s been ripped off 300 times already, but this time we get to see why “300” is the original. We bring in a special guest to talk about “Mr. Peabody and Sherman” and Bob rented the “Old Boy” remake so you don’t have to.
Our Undisputed Classic this week is “Rushmore.” Since “The Grand Budapest Hotel” didn’t get released in our area we chat about this Wes Anderson film.
In 1984 Tom Hanks was introduced to us in “Splash” and you remember the name but forgot the movie “Children of the Corn” hit theaters.
Trailers this week:
Sin City: A Dame to Kill For
Deliver Us From Evil
